Barn and Farmyard
Willowbank offers a rustic venue and a uniquely New Zealand experience, with the opportunity to combine culture, cuisine and setting for a truly memorable event. It’s the perfect location for corporate events, incentives, family gatherings, special birthdays, team building days or a magical wedding.

Daytime Functions
Behind our Farmyard, we have a barbecue and picnic area that is fully grassed, open, sunny and perfect for large crowds or small groups.
This exclusive area can be cordoned off for your group at a cost of $138. For your own catering, we have a BBQ to hire for $50.
If an indoor space is better, hire the adjacent Willowbank Barn at a cost of $460. We recommend Tasteful Affairs for catering.
Discounted Reserve Entry prices are available for groups (see below chart).

Evening Functions
The Willowbank Barn offers a unique venue for exclusive events.
The Barn hire is $1,380.
Capacity for The Barn is 80 guests.
All catering is by our preferred caterer Tasteful Affairs.
Onsite support from Willowbank staff during your event can be provided, if required.
When possible, flexible access for pre-event decorating can be offered.
Evening functions are normally after 5pm when Willowbank is closed to the public, and therefore there is no Reserve Entry available.
