Kune Kune Pig

Round and Fabulous

Small, social, and full of charm, Kune Kune pigs - named from the Māori words for “fat and round” - are known for their short snouts and often hairy coats.

Gentle and curious, they graze happily in close knit groups.

Once nearly extinct in the 1980s, Willowbank helped bring them back, protecting a special part of New Zealand’s farming heritage.
